So many of us feel stuck-tangled in painful memories, uncomfortable emotions or self-criticism. I offer mindfulness-based psychotherapy that can help you free yourself from these entanglements and live with greater awareness, vitality and purpose. I work with people struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, loss and relationship difficulties who are ready to try a different approach. Rather than just feeling better, my focus is on helping you live better and meet life's challenges with greater ease. It is a joy and privilege to work with others as they let go of the struggle, clarify what is truly important and bring forth this vision into reality.
Drawing on specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, I base my approach on what science says is effective, while tailoring the work to clients' individual needs. I offer an initial in-person consultation at no charge because I feel it's important for people to find a therapist whose approach and style works for them. If I am not able to meet your needs directly, I will try guide you to an appropriate resource. |
